Choose from four material types to match your exact application: standard clear smooth, ribbed, low-temperature USDA certified, and weld-view for welding cell protection. All rolls are manufactured from high-grade PVC with excellent clarity, flexibility, and long-term durability.

Steel Guard offers four PVC strip roll configurations to match specific application requirements:
Clear Smooth PVC Strip Rolls
The most widely used configuration for standard warehouse doorways, loading dock entries, and general industrial openings. The flat smooth profile overlaps cleanly and maintains high clarity over time. Available in 6″, 8″, 12″, and 16″ widths.
Clear Ribbed PVC Strip Rolls
Ribbed PVC strip rolls feature a raised profile that reduces surface contact during forklift impact — extending strip life significantly in high-frequency forklift applications. The ribbed profile also maintains better visibility through the curtain in heavy-traffic doorways. Available in 8″, 12″, and 16″ widths.
Low-Temperature PVC Strip Rolls
Engineered for walk-in coolers, commercial freezers, and cold storage facilities. Low-temp PVC strip rolls remain flexible and clear down to -40°F without cracking, curling, or becoming brittle. Available in both smooth and ribbed profiles. All low-temperature rolls meet USDA, FDA, NSF, and CFIA certifications and comply with CFM flame resistance standards — required for food production and food service cold storage environments.
Weld-View PVC Strip Rolls
Formulated specifically for welding cell doorways and pass-through openings. Weld-view PVC uses a tinted, UV-blocking material that blocks arc flash, UV radiation, and weld spatter from affecting personnel outside the weld zone. Suitable for all types of arc, MIG, and TIG welding environments. Available in standard welding protection colors.

Strip curtain kits include hardware and pre-cut strips — the right choice when setting up a new doorway from scratch. Bulk PVC strip rolls are the right choice when:
