Contain Sawdust & Wood Particles at the Source

Dust curtains for woodworking help isolate cutting, sanding, routing, and finishing operations that generate airborne dust and debris. By separating these areas, facilities can reduce dust migration and maintain cleaner surrounding workspaces.

  • Contain sawdust and airborne wood particles
  • Reduce debris spread into nearby work areas
  • Improve shop cleanliness and organization
  • Help create more controlled production zones

Airborne wood dust can pose safety and respiratory risks in woodworking environments, as highlighted by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), making proper containment essential.

Built for Woodworking Shops & Production Areas

Our woodworking dust curtains are designed for demanding shop environments where machinery, dust, and frequent workflow movement are part of daily operations.

  • Table saw and panel saw areas
  • Sanding and finishing stations
  • CNC router zones
  • Wood cutting and shaping areas
  • Assembly and prep spaces

Improve Separation Without Permanent Construction

Unlike fixed walls, sawdust containment curtains offer a flexible solution that can be installed quickly and adapted as your layout changes. This makes them ideal for woodworking operations that need both containment and accessibility.

These woodworking dust curtain systems are often used with broader dust containment curtain systems to support facility-wide dust control strategies.

  • Lower cost than permanent walls
  • Fast installation with minimal downtime
  • Flexible layouts for changing work areas
  • Custom sizing for shop-specific applications

  1. Measure the Distance of the Width of the Curtain Laid Out
    • Steel Guard Adds 3% + 2″ to the Width Of Curtains for Drapage (Unless Custom Spec’d)
    • The Track Hardware is the Same Width as Your Order.

      2. Measure the Distance from the Floor to the Mounting Point

    • Woodworking Curtains with Track come Standard 3″ Shorter to Account for the Track. (For Example a 10′ Height System Measures 9′-9″)
    • If you have a Floor Sweep the Size is the 3″ Shorter and the Floor Sweep will Drape and Inch Below the Full Measure Height
    • If you are needing to Enclose a Sloped Roof the Track Curtain  will be the Height before the Egress. We will need to make Two Triangular Panels. We will need  the “Right Side Height”, “Left Side Height, and the Width.
