Acoustic duct wrap and pipe wrap systems are designed to reduce noise generated by HVAC ductwork, piping, and mechanical systems. Steel Guard Safety acoustic wrap solutions combine sound absorption and sound blocking materials to control noise at the source while also providing thermal insulation.

This composite system features a foil-faced mass loaded vinyl (MLV) barrier bonded to a scrim-faced quilted fiberglass decoupler. The combination helps reduce sound transmission through duct and pipe walls while also minimizing vibration and airborne noise.
