SCC-17 Sound Absorbing & Blocking Material – Outdoor

SCC-17 is a 2″ thick fiberglass center with a heavy duty 14 coated vinyl covering the front and a backing of 1 lb / sq ft. Mass Loaded Vinyl. Usually constructed as Outdoor Curtains with grommets on the top and velcro attachments on the sides to connect together modularly. The Panels are sewn with durable Nylon thread on all sides.

Applications:

SCC-17 is typically used equal duties of sound blocking and sound absorption. The heavy duty 1 lb sq / ft mass loaded vinyl will keep noise inside and the 2″ thick sound absorbing fiberglass core effectively absorbs and diverts noise. The 14 oz coated Vinyl is very durable and able to stand up to Outdoor in-climate weather in extreme heat or cold. Generally used in Permanent Installs along walls to Enclose Air Conditioners, Heaters, Compressors, or Construction Site Noise.
