Welding Screen Material from Steel Guard Safety

If you are looking for welding screen material for your new welding areas or to replace the screens in your existing welding areas, you have come to the right place.

Steel Guard has top quality PVC welding screen material in rolls in three different protective semi-transparent colors with #2 solid brass grommets set on 12 inch centers along the length of one side.

  • Colors: transparent gray, yellow or orange
  • Roll dimensions: 60 inches x 75 feet
  • 14 mil double polished polyvinyl chloride
  • CFM approved



For the most demanding applications and for the longest, our Steel-Scrim® PVC material is the strongest available anywhere with a tensile strength so strong that this 16-ounce vinyl out-performs standard 18-ounce, 22-ounce, even 26-ounce vinyl! It’s stronger, more resilient, and meets fire codes standards that the other vinyls can’t match. So strong is this scrim design that the U.S. Armed Forces use it in their bullet-proof vests.
