Easy Installation: Our curtains use a double track mounted roller system to slide in and out of use. Your staff can install most systems in as little as minutes. (call for details)

Flexible Configuration

    Noise control curtains can be manufactured from ˝ PSF (pounds per square foot) to 2 ˝ PSF surface protection, reducing sound transmission levels by up to 61 decibels (call for details)
    Track Mounted Sound Shield™ Industrial Noise Control Curtains can slide in out of use in 54-inch wide panels that can be manufactured up to a height of 25 feet.
    The panels can be fitted with our durable .160 gage work-view PVC window for greater visibility

5-layer Construction. Sound Shield™ Industrial Noise Control Curtains start with a bottom layer of quilted fiberglass, followed by a layer of chemical-resistant & waterproof coated vinyl, then a third layer of soundproof, mass-loaded vinyl sandwiched in between yet another layer of quilted fiberglass, and topped off with a layer of coated vinyl.

    All outer edges of the panels are sewn with a double lock stitch using rot resistant nylon thread. Two-inch Velcro attachments are used to hold the panels together.

Custom Designed for Your Application. Track systems can be designed to house soundproof enclosure curtains and most any configuration can be custom manufactured to your specifications. (call for details)

Dual 16 Gage Galvanized Steel Track System - 1.5” wide x 1.75” height. Used to slide panels in front and behind each other. Available 6 different mounting options. See mounting options (link). (Available only in Track System Model)
2-Wheel Nylon/Steel Roller Hooks - For easy sliding and retracting of curtain systems. ( Heavier systems require steel roller hooks, available only in Track System Model)
11 Gage Galvanized Steel Frame - Curtain panels attach to the frame via zip ties. Portable Model comes with a Mass Loaded vinyl floor sweep. (Available only in Portable Model.)
Dual Caster Wheels - Heavy Gage Steel Caster Wheels provide easy portability to Noise Curtain Frames (Available only in Portable Model.)
5-Layer Sound Shield™ Curtain Composite - Manufactured with an inner layer of Mass Loaded vinyl, sandwiched around two-layers of fiberglass, and chemical, and water resistant quilted vinyl exterior.
.160 Mil Clear vinyl Work-View Window - Optional window lets you clearly view work areas. Meets CFM, NFPA-701.
Velcro Side Attachments - 2” Velcro hook and loop attachments easily attach both sides of multiple curtains.
